Something is rotten in Chicago. The team that many people picked to win the Central Division and go deep into the playoffs is struggling big time. The Bulls are the worst in the NBA in offensive efficiency. Chicago is still performing well on defense, #8 in defensive efficiency, but not to the standards they achieved last year. The Bulls are also last in the league in effective shooting percentage.

Charlotte is a team on the rise. If Jason Richardson starts to achieve the level he performed at last year with Golden State, the Bobcats could be an Eastern Division team to be reckoned with.
